Kissimmee Gateyway Airport (FAA Code ISM) is the landing of choice for corporate and recreational aviation destined for the southwest Orlando metro area. Kissimmee Gateway is the closest general aviation airport to the Orlando / Orange County Convention Center, Gaylord Palms, ChampionsGate, and the Waldorf Astoria, as wee as Walt Disney World Resort® and SeaWorld. Airport facilities include a control tower, precision instrument and GPS approaches and intersecting runways of 6,000 feet and 5,000 feet in length. Zoned an Aviation Industrial District, the Kissimmee Gateway Airport Industrial Park is a city-owned development with 90 ± acres available for lease and build to suit. The lot sizes range from 5.8 to 47.33 acres and some are directly adjacent to the Airport runway. This land is also part of the newly established Osceola County / City of Kissimmee Enterprise Zone, offering additional tax incentives for development on this land.
