Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC - The Reliable One) lives up to its name by providing the best record of electric reliability in the state of Florida and delivering high-quality, great-tasting drinking water to its customers. Established in 1923, OUC is the second-largest municipal utility in the state of Florida and the 15th-largest in the nation, serving more than 196,000 customers in Orlando, St. Cloud, Harmony and parts of unincorporated Orange and Osceola counties. OUC operates the City of St. Cloud’s electric system under a 25-year interlocal agreement signed in 1997. The St. Cloud service territory is approximately 150 square miles.
