Osceola County, Florida - Osceola County is planning to build a 830 car parking garage (approximately 334,000 SF) in Kissimmee, FL beginning in June 2011 and finishing April 2012. The parking garage will have seven elevated parking levels over slab-on-grade on a 44,000 SF footprint. The parking garage will be a plant-cast concrete structure (NOT PART OF THIS BID) comprised of color-integral concrete exterior spandrels, full-brick clad exterior concrete panels, standard gray concrete interior structure, pre-topped double tees, and pre-cast concrete stairs. This job will be governed by the Davis-Bacon wage rates for Osceola County, Florida and will incorporate the Buy American Act.
