By Ordinance, Osceola County assesses growth related impact fees for Transportation, Education, Park & Recreational Facilities and the County Fire Rescue System. Impact fee assessment for Education, Parks & Recreation and Fire Rescue are determined by the use of property on a County wide basis. Transportation Impact Fees, however, are assessed based on use of land and the geographic location of property. The Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance, as amended, establishes seven Road Construction Districts. Road Construction Districts are identified as District 1, District 1 Shared, District 2, District 3, Poinciana Overlay, District 4, District 5 and District 6.
