Kissimmee, FL - The Osceola County Economic Development Department announced today that Performance Door and Hardware, Inc. is expanding their distribution center within the Kissimmee / Osceola County Enterprise Zone. The new facility will increase the square footage from 12,000 to 20,000 square feet and is located at the Hoagland Commerce Center. This facility will also serve as the Florida headquarters. This expansion includes the creation of 10 new high wage jobs with a capital investment of more than $1.4 million dollars.
Performance Door and Hardware, Inc. was founded in Irving, Texas in June of 1994. The Florida distribution center was established in 1998, serves Florida and other Southeastern states, has full door and frame shop operations, and stocks all products sold. "We are proud of our growth and excited with the opportunities Kissimmee / Osceola County presents," said Jay Kautzman President of Performance Door and Hardware Inc.
