Osceola County is taking a major step forward in bringing NeoCity’s City Center to life, with its Board of County Commissioners approving a significant development agreement with SM NeoCity Developer, LLC (SM NeoCity), a joint venture of Sciame Construction, LLC and Edward J. Minskoff Equities, Inc. of New York.

Signifying the expanding reach and national importance of NeoCity–and underscoring Osceola County’s role as first to what’s next–U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin toured the County’s 500-acre technology campus on Friday.
