On Monday, the Osceola Board of County Commissioners approved a transformative purchase-and-development agreement with AdventHealth for 20 acres at NeoCity South, paving the way for a new, state-of-the-art health care campus and a vibrant expansion of medical services in one of Central Florida’s fastest-growing regions.
